Adult Learn to Swim

Adult learn to swim has three levels:

Level 1 

This level is for the very beginner. We teach basic water skills, water adjustment, floating skills, and kicking. Students learn safety in on, and around the water.

Level 2

At this level we work on the 6 basic swim strokes, (front, and back-crawl , breaststroke, butterfly, and elementary back and sidestroke)  we stress safety in on and around the water.

Level 3

This level is the fitness level. We work on endurance, flip-turns,  improve stroke mechanics and using the pace clock.
